What is Digital Solutions?
Digital Solutions is part of the Australian Small Business Advisory Services program, funded by the Australian Government to help small businesses get more out of technology — without the guesswork and without the agency price tag.
For the 2026–2030 program, the provider is BUSY At Work (Busy Business). True Blue IT Services is proud to be one of their key delivery partners across the Northern Territory, Queensland and Western Australia.
That means you get one-on-one mentoring from experienced small business owners and digital advisers who understand regional and remote operating conditions — patchy connections, small teams, tight budgets and all.

Eligibility
Can your business take part?
The criteria are straightforward, and most small operators in the Territory meet them. Sole traders are absolutely welcome — you don't need staff to qualify.
Not in the NT, Queensland or WA? Digital Solutions runs nationally through different providers. You can find a Digital Solutions adviser near you on business.gov.au.

What does the program actually cost?
The 1:1 Digital Advisory is $100 + GST, so $110 in total, one-off. That covers five hours of expert assistance. Workshops, webinars and self-directed tutorials are free. If you're experiencing financial hardship, get in touch — the advisory can be provided at no cost.
Who funds and runs Digital Solutions?
Digital Solutions is part of the Australian Small Business Advisory Services program, funded by the Australian Government. For the 2026–2030 program the provider is BUSY At Work, trading as Busy Business. True Blue IT Services is one of their delivery partners for the Northern Territory, Queensland and Western Australia.
Am I eligible?
You need an active ABN, to be operating for profit, to have fewer than 20 full-time employees, and to be based in the Northern Territory, Queensland or Western Australia. Sole traders qualify and make up a large share of the businesses we see.
Do I have to use all five hours at once?
No. Most people split the time across several sessions so they can go away, action something, then come back with questions. We'll work out a schedule that suits how you actually operate.
Can we meet online instead of in person?
Yes. Sessions can run online, which suits businesses in remote communities or anywhere outside Darwin and Alice Springs. If you'd rather meet face to face, our offices are on Cavenagh Street and in Todd Mall.
Will you just try to sell me your services?
No. The advisory role is to give you impartial, practical guidance — including telling you when the cheapest or simplest option is the right one, or when you don't need to spend anything at all. If you later want us to build something, that's a separate conversation you're free to have with anyone.
I'm not in the NT, QLD or WA. Can I still get help?
Digital Solutions operates nationally through different providers in each region. You can find a Digital Solutions adviser near you on business.gov.au.
What should I bring to the first session?
Just your biggest frustration. It helps if you know roughly what tools you're paying for each month and what you'd like to change, but you don't need to prepare anything formal. Turning up with a vague sense that "this could be easier" is a perfectly good start.
