Digital Solutions: up to five hours of expert digital advice

Digital Solutions is part of the Australian Small Business Advisory Services program, funded by the Australian Government. For Round 3 (1 April 2026 – 29 March 2030), BUSY Business is the lead provider for Coverage Area 2 — Queensland, the Northern Territory and Western Australia. True Blue IT Services delivers advisory sessions as an approved adviser under that program.

All registrations go through BUSY Business, not through us directly. Complete the online intake form, and if you'd like True Blue as your adviser, enter True Blue IT Services where the form asks how you heard about the program. BUSY Business confirms your eligibility, takes the contribution and matches you with an adviser.

You need a current active ABN, fewer than 20 full-time equivalent employees, and to be an actively trading for-profit business based in Queensland, the NT or WA. Not-for-profit organisations are not eligible. Sole traders qualify and make up a large share of participants.

Up to five hours of one-on-one advisory support per ABN, across the whole life of the program — not per session or per year. You can use it in a single block or spread it across several sessions, whatever suits. Workshops, webinars and online tutorials are separate, free and unlimited.

Yes. Sessions can be delivered face-to-face, by phone or by video call. Online works well for businesses in regional and remote communities. If you'd rather meet in person, our offices are on Cavenagh Street, Darwin and in Todd Mall, Alice Springs.

No. The advisory role is to give impartial, practical guidance — including telling you when the cheapest or simplest option is the right one, or when you don't need to spend anything. Advisers are required to declare any conflict of interest, and anything you might later want built is an entirely separate conversation you're free to have with anyone.

Your information is handled under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). As a condition of the program, participant details are provided to the Commonwealth Department of the Treasury and the Department of Industry, Science and Resources for evaluation and reporting, and a representative of those departments may contact you to complete a survey about the services you received.

There's a one-off participant contribution of $110 including GST per business (per ABN), which covers your full five-hour entitlement. It's paid to BUSY Business at registration, not to us. Workshops, webinars and self-directed tutorials are free. If you're experiencing financial hardship you can submit a hardship request and the fee may be waived.

Just your biggest frustration. It helps to know roughly what tools you pay for each month and what you'd like to change, but nothing formal is needed. Turning up with a vague sense that "this could be easier" is a perfectly good start.
